Excellent! Exceptional service and friendly staff. State of the art eye exam and knowledgeable optometrist. In addition I love the experience that the staff has in the optical department. They really help you to find a pair of glasses that actually look good on your face and if you want more youthful. A+

The best eye care center in the business! Dr.Trung knows me well enough now to schedule appointments on Saturday morning at 7:30 the only time I’m available. She’s always a professional, compassionate Doctor. I’m a regular there won’t go anywhere else. A special thanks goes out to my optometrist specialist Giovanna who was magical with my insurance. Thanks to Julie for getting me in on time for testing. Five stars isn’t enough for these ladies!

My wife and I just completed our third annual vision evaluation and walked away again as satisfied customers. Their eye exams are comprehensive and we see at least one new test station every year. We don't have any vision insurance as we both recently retired. They provided us with an upfront estimate and no costs were added when we checked out. The eye doctor, staff and facilities are top-notch. Great experience!

Everything is clean and organized. Dr. Truong is kind and thorough. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains concepts well, and provides realistic suggestions. The office operation generally makes everything convenient for me. I’m happy to have switched to La Paz Optimetric.

I was promptly taking care of although the office was busy but well organized. I received excellent care from the receptionist all the way through my checkout. Blown away by the state of the art equipment at this optometrist office. I would highly recommend it friends and family members no questions asked. PS. Lots of frames to choose from if needed! I have a follow up appointment next week and looking forward to it!

I had never seen this doctor before, I am thoroughly convinced of his knowledge after seeking his opinion on the things that concerned me. Even though I have not yet received my new glasses, He came up with a plan to help with issues I previously had with the three pair I bought last year. He was pleasant and professional, as well as a good listener. The lady that is helping me selecty glasses was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I need at a better price than I expected. Because of her, I will purchase my two pair from them, which is not what I planned considering what I paid the last several years. My visit was a success!

5 star experience all around friendly and very accommodating. From Jonathan at the front desk who bent over backwards to help me schedule my appointment to Dr. Castro who was professional, thorough and courteous and Esmery Ramirez my optician who made the experience of choosing glasses even more fun than usual with her great sense of humor.

I had such a great experience at La Paz Optometric Center.
Every person I encountered was professional and a wealth of information. There were so many options that I left there feeling that they care and they want to find the best one for me. I was very impressed and went home telling my husband about it.

Today was my first visit to La Paz Optometric Center. What a great experience! Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful! Jonathan expertly explained every eye test he performed and Allison patiently and skillfully helped me choose some new glasses. Of course, Dr. Michael Lum shared his expertise and was very thorough and personable. I didn't catch the name of the gal that checked me in but she also very professional and welcoming. Overall I have a great first visit and look forward to my next appointment at their office!

No Optometrist has EVER taken as much time as Dr. Yamamoto has in order to give me the best vision possible. I am not a difficult person just a difficult fit. I thank Dr. Yamamoto and the staff at La Paz Optometric for showing such kindness and patience. And ..Yeah ...we finally got the correction!!!!

I had a great experience at La Paz. The optometrist was very friendly and honest and took the time to ensure everything was done thoroughly. I also got a nice pair of sunglasses at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit.

Great experience. Very professional but also relaxed atmosphere. Dr Yamamoto was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what was causing my dry eyes. Light years better than the mega Goliath and impersonal factory that Harvard eye care became over the years. So glad I switched.

La Paz Optometric is great! The staff there is amazing and you can tell they care about the patients and the business. Dr Sako was so nice and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The office is state of the art and I had so many more test and procedures than at other places. I highly recommended this office!

4. Dr. Michael Lum clearly explained my results and my options so that I would receive the right prescription for my multiple visual needs
5. Huge selection of frames to choose from which could have been overwhelming but Erin hand selected many for me to choose from and between us we were able to quickly find the perfect pair.
I have never been excited to go to for an eye exam or to pick out glasses but I now look forward to my appointments at this office.

LaPaz Optometric is a wonderful practice, both for regular eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses, and also for more complex well eye visits. I've had two eye related health issues in the last 18 months, and both times the team here was able to quickly fit me in, do a thorough exam, and leave me treatment and guidance that made me confident in the health of my eyes. Plus, everyone is so friendly, I don't ever have to sit around and wait, the equipment is very modern and confidence inspiring, and all three doctors I've met are very knowledgeable, great with patients, and just plain nice people! Highly recommend!

Wonderful vision center and I would recommend it to everyone. The staff are always super friendly and professional. The Optometrist is always asking about your concerns, issues, or any questions you may have. Plus they have a huge selection of glasses to pick from.
